Live Seminars
Call us to reschedule your seminar up to 48 hours before the scheduled class date, at no charge. Please call 1-844-840-4949.
Notary Public Class offers one free reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled class date. Please note that rescheduling under 48 hours will incur a $79 fee for rescheduling any notary class.
If you do not call or show for your class, and no reschedule, you will forfeit your training. You must resume with the purchase of training again.
6 hour and 3 hour live seminars include online access unless specified such as limited time offers.
All live seminars are non refundable, this includes if:
- The applicant rescheduled initial class (1st class)
- The applicant did not purchase all in one deal and wants to change to all in one after purchase
- Failure to cancel or reschedule class within 48 hours of scheduled class
- Applicant has open/used online training. That’s included with live class
- Package deals, such as “All in One Deal”, are non refundable.
- Student takes training, but does not pass their background check, and/or does not want to continue to become a notary.
eLearning Courses (Online Training)
100% refundable if the course was never started and not purchased on sale. Exam cram is final sale.

Retest & Exam Seat
Retest
As of 9/16/23 Each live in-person class at full cost comes with one free retest to take both class and exam over for free.
Retest option can only be applied if a Notary public class student has failed and is scheduling a retest within 60 days of not passing the exam. CPSHR sends exam results within 15 to 20 business days from your fail date, meaning 60 days from the date CPS HR submits results you must retest. Failing to register for a retest date and attend within 60 days of fail letter date will forfeit your retest date.
Notary Public Class offers one free reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled retest date. If you reschedule under 48 hours, this will incur a $59 fee to access rescheduling of a retest. If you do not call or show for your retest, and no reschedule, you will forfeit your training and your retest date, and must resume with the purchase of training again.

Exam Seat
Notary Public Class exam seats are nonrefundable. We do offer one free reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled exam date. If you reschedule under 48 hours, you must pay a $30 fee to reschedule a new exam seat. If you do not reschedule under 48 hours, and are a no call/ no show you must pay for a new exam seat.
All Exam Seats include 30-day online Training Access for all N.P.C students unless limited time offer.
All exam seats are non refundable.

All Notary Public Class Stamps are guaranteed for your 4-year commission term.
All notary supplies are FINAL SALE and non refundable but can be exchanged in the event there is a manufacturer error on our end this includes insurance and/or surety bond purchases. This includes if student decides to not complete the process of becoming a notary or does not obtain commission for any reason.

All Notary Public Class Stamps are guaranteed for your 4-year commission term.
All notary supplies are non refundable but can be exchanged in the event there is an error on our end.
If it stops functioning correctly due to normal wear (ink replacement not included), we will replace it at no charge. If a product refund is requested, we will refund 100% of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All personalized items are only eligible for refund if the item:
- included a manufacturing error,
- was damaged upon receipt, or
- was lost during shipping.
Stock Stamps and Thumbs pads
100% refundable.
Notary Journals, Books and Forms
100% refundable. If the item has not been in use.

Errors and Omissions Insurance
100% refundable if you cancel the policy within 30 days of activation. Be sure to return the original policy to: Notary Public Class, 1605 w Olympic Blvd Suite 850, Los Angeles, CA 90015.
Notary Bonds
100% refundable if the bond has not been filed with your county or state.

Fingerprinting & Application Photo Services
100% refundable if the service was never done and not purchased on sale.
Not refundable if Notary Public Class completed the live scan service, but the student does not pass their criminal background check with the secretary of state. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for your criminal history.
