Notary Acknowledgment Certificates

A notarial act, such as an acknowledgment, is the process of legally verifying documents. Moreover, it is performed by a Notary Public, who verifies the identity of the person signing, and acts as an impartial witness to their signature. The signor doesn’t have to be present at the time of the notarization; they may sign the document beforehand and declare to the Notary that it is their signature.
