Terms and Conditions: Notary Public Class In-House Financing – Pay in 4

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before applying for our in-house financing option for the Notary Public Class. By opting for the “Pay in 4” financing plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Enrollment and Eligibility:

a. To qualify for the In-House Financing – Pay in 4 option, you must be at least 18 years old and pay fees due to Notary Public Class.

b. By choosing the In-House Financing – Pay in 4 option, you agree to pay the total amount of $591.92, which includes the Service cost of $515 plus a financing fee of $76.92.

 

Payment Structure: 

a. The total payment amount of $591.92 will be split into four equal installments of $147.98 each.

b. The first installment of $147.98 is due at the time of enrollment.

c. Subsequent installments of $147.98 each will be due on the same day of the following three months, until the full amount is paid.

d. The remaining three payments will be automatically charged to your provided payment method over the subsequent three months, with each payment representing 25% of the total class cost.

e. Late payments may be subject to late fees as determined by Notary Public Class.

f. The payment schedule and due dates will be provided to you upon enrollment.


Financing Fee:

a. The financing fee of $76.92 is included in the total payment amount of $591.92.

b. The financing fee is non-refundable.

 

Payment Authorization: 

a. By enrolling in the “Pay in 4” financing option, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the agreed-upon installment amounts on the scheduled due dates. 

b. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your account or that your payment method is valid and up to date. 

c. Any failed or declined payments may incur additional charges or penalties as outlined in our Payment Failure Policy.

 

Total Class Cost: 

a. The total class cost includes the base tuition fee, any applicable taxes, and any additional fees specified during the enrollment process. 

b. Please refer to the enrollment documentation or contact our team for the exact total class cost applicable to your enrollment.

 

Late Payments and Penalties: 

a. Timely payments are essential to maintain the financing agreement. 

b. Late payments may result in late fees, penalties, or default charges as determined by our financing provider. 

c. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Notary Public Class.

 

Default and Collections:

a. Failure to make any of the installment payments within 10 days of the due date will be considered a default. b. In case of default, Notary Public Class reserves the right to pursue collection actions, including, but not limited to, sending collection notices, engaging collection agencies, or taking legal action. c. You will be responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with the collection process.

Modifications:

a. Notary Public Class reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. b. Any modifications will be effective upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or notifying you by email.

 

Cancellation and Refunds: 

a. Our standard cancellation and refund policy applies to the Notary Public Class. 

b. If you decide to cancel your enrollment, any payments made under the “Pay in 4” financing option are not refundable.  Please refer to our separate cancellation and refund policy for more information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in the Notary Public Class. To ensure transparency and clarity on cancellation and refund procedures, we have established the following policy:

Refund Eligibility:

There are NO refunds granted for payment in 4 under our financing solution.

No-Show or Abandonment:

a. If you fail to attend or participate in the Notary Public Class without submitting a cancellation request, it will be considered a no-show or abandonment.

b. No refunds will be provided for no-show or abandoned enrollments.

Modifications or Cancellations by Us:

a. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Notary Public Class due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollments, or other reasons.

b. In the event of a modification or cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or enrollment in a future class.

Third-Party Financing:

a. If you have utilized a third-party financing option for the Notary Public Class, refund eligibility and procedures may be subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider. Please review their specific policies for more information.

It is your responsibility to review and understand this Cancellation and Refund Policy before enrolling in the Notary Public Class. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Modifications and Disputes: 

a. All parties involved must agree in writing upon any modifications or changes to the “Pay in 4” financing agreement. 

b. Any disputes regarding the financing agreement will be resolved in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.

 

Financing Provider: 

a. Our in-house financing option is facilitated through a third-party financing provider. 

b. The financing provider may have additional terms and conditions that apply to the financing agreement. It is your responsibility to review and understand those terms.

 

Agreement Termination: 

a. We reserve the right to terminate the financing agreement if you fail to meet the terms and conditions outlined herein or if you breach any other relevant policies or agreements.
