Terms and Conditions – Notary Public Class Live Scan and Training

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Notary Public Class Live Scan and Training (hereinafter referred to as “the Class”) offered by Notary Public Class (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By enrolling in the Class, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Enrollment
1.1 Enrollment Requirements: To participate in the Class, the Participant must meet all prerequisites and requirements specified by the Company. These requirements may include completing an online training course, attending an in-person training session, and completing any necessary paperwork.
1.2 Payment: The Participant agrees to pay the full class fee as specified by the Company at enrollment. The Class fee is nonrefundable.
1.3 Bundled Purchase: The Company offers a special deal for purchasing both the online and live in-person training together as a package. By checking the box indicating your understanding and acceptance of this agreement, you acknowledge that you have chosen to purchase both components together. If you choose to purchase the online or live in-person training separately, you will only receive access to the specific component(s) you purchased. You understand that you are not entitled to additional components or services beyond what you purchased.
2. Class Details
2.1 Online Training: The online training component of the Class includes access to digital course materials, video tutorials, and any relevant online resources. The Participant is responsible for completing the online training within the specified time frame of six months, as indicated by the Company. The online training is the lecture process of a live scan class, not hands-on training.
2.2 Live In-Person Training: The live in-person training component of the Class includes hands-on instruction, practical exercises, and any necessary exercise on materials or equipment. The Participant is responsible for attending the scheduled live training session at the designated location and time specified by the Company. The live in-person training is hands-on and does not include a lecture.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation by Participant: The Class fee is nonrefundable. If the Participant chooses to cancel their enrollment, they will not be entitled to refunds or credits.
3.2 Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Class for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by the Company, the Participant will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future class or receive a refund of the class fee.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance: The Participant agrees to comply with all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by the Company during the Class.
4.2 Conduct: The Participant is expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions, whether online or in person. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Class without a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Class. The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Class involves inherent risks, and they assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
6. Privacy Policy
The Company’s Privacy Policy, as provided on its website, governs the collection, use, and storage of the Participant’s personal information.
7. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.
